At Ecomblitz Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure a hassle-free refund process for all eligible returns and cancellations. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
The product was returned within the return window (7 days from delivery).
The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags.
The product failed quality assurance (defective, damaged, or wrong item).
The cancellation was made before shipping.
Refund Methods

Wallet (if available) Store Credit / Wallet Instant after approval
Note: For COD orders, you must provide valid bank or UPI details to initiate the refund.
Refund Process
Submit a return/cancellation request on our website.
We will arrange a pickup and inspect the product at our warehouse.
Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once the refund is processed.
Important Notes
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
In case of partial returns, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
If the product fails quality checks, the refund may be denied, and the item will be shipped back to you.
