Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Certain products such as innerwear, socks, cosmetics, and personalized items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process
Login to your account at ecompvt.com.
Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
Click on Request Return and fill in the required details.
Our team will arrange a pickup within 2–4 working days.
Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
Refund Options
Refund will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID, which must be provided at the time of return request.
Refund may take 5–7 business days after product inspection.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only for size-related issues or defective products.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
If an exchange is not available, a full refund will be issued.
